Beras Basah Island

then we left the eagle feeding island.

our speedboat then arrived at this other island with white sandy beach.

they were supposed to have banana boat, jetski and paragliding services here.

so we asked the guide.

us: so we can play bananaboat here?
guide: oh don have
us: jetski?
guide: don have.. u guys go swim la..

anyways… this 3rd stop is called “Beras Basah Island”

we couldnt really do anything except for swimming in the sea… and erm… jumping

we stayed here for about an hour…

then we went back to our boat.. and headed back to the hotel.

so that was 4hours and 30mins of island hopping. ahhahahaa

what’s next?

Feeding Eagles

after the 1st island… we took the boat ride to another one.. where we were shown the process of feeding eagles.

eagles! being fed! right smack in front of your face! a bit the jakun.. so wanna see how it was like.

the boat suddenly came to a halt. the guide then pointed to one of the hills and told us to look at the top.

“that’s the famous pregnant lady hill” he said.

then we all jakun jakun woah woah fuyoh fuyoh snap snap snap… n continued our journey.

the boat moved so fast it was super bumpy.. somethin like a roller coaster ride. everyone was screaming and laughing like crazy people meeting crazy people.

another speedboat joined us and we sorta like raced a bit to that eagle place

after 5 minutes. we stopped near an island and we could see a few boats already ‘parking’ there waiting for the eagles to come.

they really came! in flocks(sp)! or group. watever the collective noun is…

everyone got ready to snap them.

the little boy sitting at the end of the boat.. poured a bucket of chicken meat into the water to feed the eagles

Island Hopping

The next day I woke up at 630am.. thought of going to the sidewalk to wait for sunrise.. but too bad it started to rain when the sun woke up.

so at 7am.. we went for buffet breakfast

i actually took a lot of food. but dowan show all lah. paiseh.

then at about 9am.. we got ready and waited at the lobby.. cos we were going for ISLAND HOPPING!

ISLAND HOPPING: “A boat ride that brings tourists to some islands outside of Langkawi to experience different activites”

First stop > (Jungle trekking and swimming at this mysterious lake hidden in the heart of the island)

The boat dropped us at the jetty. It was raining so I couldnt take out my Alpha. Only managed to take some shots here under the shelter.

Cousins tried jumping too! ahha they laffed non stop after that.

Then we walked towards the island and found this small hut with shelter. So we took the camera out to take a few more shots before we continued our journey

Thats the pathway that leads to the mysterious lake.

What happened in there…. no need tell la.. since i dint get to take photos.

after 1.5 hours.. we all came back to the jetty for the boat to fetch us to another island.

Buffet Dinner

ok back to langkawi again. haha

so it was late.. and we were hungry.

after taking that photo. I joined my family for dinner at the coffee house. it was a complimentary buffet dinner for all guests.

sorry Sung. had to post food pics. lol.

i took a lot of the fruit tarts. quite nice.

so after dinner.. we went for a short walk around the hotel vicinity and i took this shot.

ok. another adventurous day ahead!

Nokia Wireless Adventure Audition

BZZZTTT… BZZTTT.. WE INTERRUPT THIS TRANSMISSION TO BRING YOU LATEST UPDATE ON THE N95 WIRELESS ADVENTURE AUDITION

everyone in MSN asked me “hows the audition? hows the audition?”

(if you are new to this blog n got no clue what audition im talking about, then please scroll down to the “bye bye singapore” post)

well.. here’s the full story.

Jen and I got into the audition room. Sat on the chair which were facing different directions..

and the question-n-answer thingy started.

one of the questions raised by the Nokia judge that got us sweating(physically) was this.

“Jenifer, tell me what you know about Jason”

Jason.. erm.. he is a great designer.. he likes to take photos.. and likes to jump… and he…

“.. wait. Jump? What do you mean?” asked the 8tv Judge.

oh.. he likes to go everywhere and take photos of him jumping.

Nokia judge got cheeky and requested me to jump and show them how do I do it.

“Jenifer.. grab your camera and snap him. Just act like how you guys normally do it.

So i stood up. got ready… and jumped.

the 2 person behind me… was not the judges. they were the staff there AND THERE WERE MANY OTHER STAFF AT THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROOM! ALL LOOKING AT ME! OMG

jen then passed the camera to show the judges. Nokia judge asked me to jump again using another style since I told him I jump differently for each photo.

so I did another jump.

then 8tv Judge said “wow nice jump. ok one last one.”

phew.. i was all sweating already.

they were all satisfied. so we got back to our seats and proceeded with the rest of the questions.

Results will be out once they have picked the final 8 teams out of 60.

so.. wish us luck.

then we met up with Adrian aka Jehutyz and he passed me a package.

A package that I have been waiting for a week.

It was the Tshirt that I have been longing for a week…

The Heroes Tshirt.

DAMN NICE CANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!! OMG

will be wearing it to The Curve tomoro when I bring my mum there to celebrate Mother’s Day.

Stroll by the sea

Let’s fly back to Langkawi.

So after we left that cable car place…

we went back to our hotel.. play water in the bathroom… roll left roll right on the queen size bed… and then transform the baju to a new one… and went down to stroll by the sea and also to take some photos.
