Jason is lovin his 3310. lol……….
ok more photos soon

Last month I got the chance to play around with the Nokia XpressMusic phones cos Nokia sent them over for review.
The phones (and accessories) came in a very neat Nokia briefcase.

In it, were the 5310 and 5610 models fitting nicely in their individual compartments.

A closer look at the super thin(9.9mm) candybar model.
From what I see, it’s the lower end XpressMusic model with an average screen and a 2megapixel camera without autofocus.
It’s using nokia’s S40 operating system, therefore Symbian apps cannot be installed on it… but it does have the capability to install java apps like Opera browser, messengers and games.

The music accessory for this model is the JBL table speakers with Altec Lansing bass.
Music is good on this phone as the audio was crystal clear despite it has only 1 little speaker at the side.

The next one was a slider model with glossy black face(which attracts fingerprints) with a bigger screen (2.2inches), 3G and a 3.2megapixel camera with autofocus.
I find this more complex than the previous model eventhough both uses the same S40 platform.
The NaviSlide under the screen allows users to slide left/right to music menu or radio menu with ease. The keypad is very comfortable and the directional pad was very comfortable for the thumb.

The phone came paired with this Philips headphones and trust me…. the audio quality was doubled thru it. Damn syok!!!!

The back of both phones feature similar design and texture.

I’d love to own the JBL speakers really… cos the sound is just too great… and it matches my desktop. lol
Here’s a video of me trying out the speaker when it suddenly went off cos the battery went flat. lol

After leaving the dry beach… we were craving for some KL food… something we couldnt find in Muar…. there was no Starbucks…. no Coffee Bean….. no Nandos…. no Kenny rogers…. no Sushi king…. no Kimgary…. no Chilis…. no TGIF…. no Oldtown…. no Shakeys…. no Pizza hut…. no BurgerKing… no Madam Kwan…..
no shopping mall… no Midvalley… no 1 Utama… no Sg Wang… no Pavilion…
all they have was… Giant.
ok u get what I mean rite?
so we die die also drove around the city to find the legendary… one and only… Secret Recipe… fuah… heaven i tell u.

where’s Jen? lol…. missed her out.
but nvm. She appeared again in this group shot. lol

(i damn like my tshirt can!) it was about 430pm when we took this group shot. so we all went back to our hotels n rent houses to prepare ourselves for the wedding dinner at night.

took this after the dinner.
Brandon and Cherrie then met us at about 12midnight and brought us to the seaside and we chatted for few hours and went back to sleep in the morning.
The next day, we packed and left Muar.
Here’s a video of us in Jen’s car going back to KL. In it, you can see how SIAO people travel on long journeys. lol
(some parts got bad audio cos i accidentally covered the mic.. lol)

We just came back from the premier screening of Vantage Point at 1 Utama, thanks to Advertlets.

let me tell you what I think of this movie. I’ll review it in 3 words.
.
.
OMFG DAMN NICEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
Seriously… I highly recommend this movie. My ratings? 25 out of 10. ahahah go book tickets now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That’s us after the movie. The rest of the bloggers left too early… so didnt get to gather for the group shot.
…………….
ok back to Muar. We went to the beach….. but… it was dry? lol

Look! Dry beach! lol

I then jumped. As usual

and Jacklyn quickly ran towards the camera and ask “ei can take me ah?”

we than ran around… sweat a bit n jumped before we decided to leave.

Rames then wanted to take another shot with the sky as background.

we followed them back to the bedroom. lol

the first thing they did when they entered was to eat this fortune dumplings. lol
then the videographer instructed them to pose a bit for the video

and while they were doing their thang in the room, we took photos outside

and the morning event ended like that…. around 1pm.
then we went to the beach.

tomoro! fun fun beach! lol

ok after picking Cherrie up from her house, Brandon brought everyone back to his… and the ceremony continued.

his house damn big. Cherrie and Brandon sure will live happily in this big bungalow. haha

before doing anything… must pray first…

then according to chinese tradition, the bride and bridegroom must pay respect to the elderly by giving them iced tea.

the elder ppl must give them angpau. (niceeee)

and Brandon’s mum gave Cherrie necklace! while Roby, Cherrie’s sister sleeping in the background.
when that’s done, the 2 main acts must sit down and it was their turn to give angpau to those younger than them.

Cherrie doin siao pose. lol “eh Cherrie… serious abit can.. ahahahah”
after hours of pouring tea… drinking tea… giving angpau….

they went upstairs to the bedroom… to erm… to… erm…… let’s continue the story tomorrow
