OK So after dinnering at Wongkok, we all went to TGV cos the screening of Made of Honour took place there.

Back from Melaka

I was queueing for chicken rice ball just now at Jonker Street.

After 15 minutes, we were still outside the shop… cos all the tables were taken.

My friend suddenly asked “Why are we queueing?” Then he pointed at a sign on the wall.

We saw it and then left. Went to eat banana leaf rice instead.

The sign says “POPCRAPPERS NOT ALLOWED”

POPCRAP 1

The Sony Alpha Community members today had a photoshoot outing at Melaka.

30 of us from KL gathered and off we went… to Melaka… on a bus provided by Sony.

We then met up with 10 more Alpha members there and went for lunch… paid by Sony…

Then we started our photoshoot and dinner at 6 something… paid by Sony…

… and someone won the 18-200mm lens during the dinner… thanks to Sony. LOL

Too tired… reach KL just now.. around midnight.

Dinnering at Wongkok

Last month we went to Wongkok for dinner before going to the special screening of Made of Honour presented by Advertlets.

I ordered one of my fav food there… but somehow it tasted quite bad that day… so I told myself I wont order that anymore from Wongkok.. ahah

… and I love “lai cha” aka milk tea! Especially the white milk tea ice from Oldtown.

oh and here are our faces.

and Ras seems to be quite happy that night…

hehe here and there… why la so happy? cos get to watch free movie isit?

OK I’ll be at Melaka whole day today (19.7.08) cos I am with 40 other Sony Alpha members taking photo at Jonker Street area.

Our dessert was quite ok… Haagen Daaz ice cream on chocolate brownie.

Thats me and Miss Malaysia. Woot!

“The Dark Knight” Premiere

Ok this is an early POPCRAP post.

POPCRAP 1

I just came back from the Premiere Screening of Batman: The Dark Knight, thanks to Nokia.

Seriously it was a @#$$ing good movie…. so good it left me speechless. Seriously.

Heath Ledger played The Joker really well and the story was superbbbbbbbbb.

Don’t wanna say much since most of you guys might not have watched it yet.

I rate it 10/10 !

What a scene… ahha they got face painting service too.. so everyone can be joker for a night. ahha

8 Course Dinner

So as we were all in seated already, food was served.

This one was actually not bad.

Then Nick came over and we took a photo. haha posing.

They should call this the 8 little course meal.. cos everything was very small in portion.

Minli walked past and we took the chance to snap a photo together. Got to know these 2 girls from StarCeleb.

Seriously some of the dishes were quite pathetic. Have a look at this one.

MOH Dinner

OK This event took place last month.

I got invited to attend this dinner by JoshLim at Mariott Hotel. It was an 8 course meal organised by Hongleong bank in conjunction of the premiere of the movie Made of Honour.

The moment I arrived, everybody was already busy taking photos… so I quickly join in. ahahah

Cheesie was there too… didnt see her for a long time…. same goes to SuetLi..

Hungry Hancock

James Bond, Tony Stark and Clark Kent were subordinates of Mr.Xavier.

One day, Mr. Xavier gave the 3 of them an assignment in an envelope.

They 3 opened it and took out a piece of paper respectively.

Mr. Bond’s paper says “Kill Clark Kent”

Mr. Stark’s paper says “Kill James Bond”

and Mr. Kent’s paper says “Kill Tony Stark”

With each of them having different intelligence, gadgets and powers…. who do you think will survive in the end?

I shot this recently… this thing here is fried carrot cake… tastes like Char Kuey Teow… but its not. Damn nice to eat with chili sauce.

Popcrap 2

I watched ~~Hempop~~ Hancock last week and I rate it 7.5/10

The 7.5 actually came from the 1st half of the movie… then other half scores 0. Why? Cos the sudden change of storyline totally runied the superhero movie feel and became a disaster movie. Hate the scene when Hancock was fighting with Charlize Theron. Hate the fact that Hancock isnt the only special one in the movie. Hate the ending.

… but the 1st half was damn good. What say you?
