Thean Hou Jump

Monday, April 20th, 2009

More photos from Thean Hou temple.

I manage to snap some lanterns outside the temple before the sky turned dark.

Ok 1 more shot before getting in to the temple.

Now let’s get in.

Everyone was busy praying and walking around buying jossticks… buying candles etc..

Wasted a lot of time trying to get a good shot of these lanterns…

I did the smashpOp jump before leaving. Photo added to the JUMPILATION gallery.

Cow in Thean Hou

Friday, April 17th, 2009

On the 7th day of Chinese New Year, my parents and I went to Thean Hou temple to pray take photos and erm.. take more photos lol.

We were welcomed by a lantern cow. Haha… cos it was cow year so yeah.

When we arrived we could hear lion dance. so I quickly got off the car and ran towards it. Took some shots.

The people that makes the loudest noise.

I wanted to wait for sun to set so we decided to walk around the shops for a while to see if there was anything interesting.

One of my favourite photo from that day…

Chinese version of Hello Kitty.. lol

Nearly bought this hat… but realised that I wont wear it anyway… so no buy no buy no buy.

More photos soon!

On the 5th day of Chinese New Year, some of us went visiting at one another’s house. We started at Puchong at about 10am and ended up in Cheras til around midnight.

We had yongtaufu, chicken wings, vege and some other stuff.

Yumzzzz…. lol

Took this before we started eating. Ok after lunch we went all the way to Kepong.

Adrian’s house was the 2nd stop. We played cards and all… then we fetched Eunice back home as she had to study for exams.

3rd stop, my house! ahaha everyone was damn tired already…. then at about 5pm we went to Junn’s house. Didnt take photos there. Dinner was at about 630pm… and once done we went to visit Jed in Cheras.

Played cards til midnight. Woot!

Hello Mojosh

Tuesday, April 14th, 2009

On the 4th day of CNY I visited JoshuaYap who stays nearby my house. He had some sorta like open house thingymajig n called some of his buddies to makan at his place.

After everyone arrived, aunty Mojosh kept asking us to eat.. so those who were hungry ate.. n the rest just chilled. :D

I had to leave early so we took a group shot before I say byebyebye.

I guess by now some can already guess? If not then I’ll reveal it soon.

Anyways, since today’s post has very few photos, here’s a HD video I shot few days ago…. was still trying out settings and also encoding methods etc. Dono why the video becomes jerky after I uploaded to youtube.

Is the video jerky when u r watching it? Do let me know thanks.
=UPDATE= I found out that if the video appears to be jerky means the processor on your PC is not powerful enough to render the video. lol dono if it’s true.

Kampung House

Saturday, April 11th, 2009

On the first day of Chinese New Year my parents and I went for sushi yeesang at Sushi King. ahaha I’ll skip the photos and show the Kampung House that we visited after lunch instead.

Great Eastern Mall had this wooden house decorated with Chinese elements and looked real good. I took some photos there.

My mum n dad also wanna pose a bit. lol not bad I’d say.

All these reminded me of my grandma’s house last time which I used to stay in… very very similar to this… hmm memories.. hehe
