PUMA Announces Latest Faas Shoe Collection For Running

The PUMA Faas 200 collection has everything you need for gym runs and road races. The shoe features a rip stop upper with a 3D dot printed form strip and synthetic suede which gives it an exclusive shape that perfectly fits the leg. Fly FM Supports Pet Neutering, Raised Fund For SPCA

Fly FM’s Pagi Rock Crew started off the month of March with a roadtrip. Prem & Hafiz traveled throughout East Malaysia to fulfil a bucket list which included raising funds for Society For The Prevention Of Cruelty To Animals (SPCA). Starting their journey on 5th March 2012 for 2 weeks, it began in Johor Bahru followed by Malacca, Seremban, Kuala Lumpur, Ipoh and ended in Penang.

SPCA receives 7,000 animals per annum and re-homes 1,200 neutered dogs and cats each year. With this kind of responsibility, they definitely need financial support. The Pagi Rock Crew went on a mission to create awareness on the importance of pet neutering and encouraged the public to give donations to support the cause. Over the span of 2 weeks, PRC managed to raise a total of RM3,000!

In line with SPCA’s mission to protect defenseless animals and provide better welfare for homeless animals, the funds collected by the Pagi Rock Crew will be given to support their low-cost neuter clinic. Accepting the donations on SPCA’s behalf will be Mrs. Mea Wheatley, Fundraising Chairman of SPCA. With this effort, PRC hopes to improve the lives of homeless animals and motivate people to be more aware of animal welfare in their communities

2012 Formula 1 PETRONAS Malaysia Grand Prix Showcase

The Formula 1 season is here and motorsports@PETRONAS is currently having an on-ground event at KLCC to let everyone feel the spirit of the race by exhibiting some F1 cars and extraordinary voice-augmented speed game which was superbly captivating.

How did I know all these? That’s cos I was there just now and I had great fun hanging out at the event and meeting new people with the same interest.

So as mentioned, the event is currently being held at KLCC concourse. So from 17th March – 25 March, get to the venue to experience it yourself!

So we arrived there and registered ourselves before we embark on an incredible Formula 1 journey.

We were briefed by Miss Ezzan about Formula 1, motorsports@ PETRONAS and also the agenda for the night. We got to know sooooooooooooo much info which we were not aware of before this.

DID YOU KNOW that PETRONAS has already entered the world of F1 back in 1995? Since then, it has matured into global player with operations across more than 30 countries in Asia, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and South America.

See! You didnt know about this before reading this post right? Hehehehhe

We were then ushered to the Sound of Speed booth to participate in the funny yet exciting game which requires us to humm and adjust the loudness based on the racing track line on screen. LOOK HOW IMMERSED INTO THE GAME THIS BLOGGER WAS. lollolol

Petronas Launches TVC, Photography Contest and CNY Celebration

I’ve joined the Petronas CNY Photography Contest! Take a look at my submission:

It’s a lou sang picture. I think it represents “Reimagining Energy”, which is the theme for this contest.

“Energy is everywhere, in everything we do, and especially at this time. It could be
the excitement and the bonding during the reunion dinner, or it could be the hustle
and bustle of shopping for and decorating the home. It could even be a portrait of
the wise grandfather of the family, or a picture of the lanterns that light up our cities,”
explained Dato Mohammad Medan.

Yes, Petronas celebrated CNY with a lousang event and lion dance performances too!

At the CNY celebration they also launched a TVC.

Titled “Coming Home”, the TVC this year – which was shot in Malaysia, England, Belgium, China and India – depicts six separate yet intertwining stories of individuals around the world who, no matter how far they have come in life, stay true to their roots and tradition.

“The TVC is meant to celebrate not just the Year of the Dragon, but the spirit of perseverance, adaptability and determination as captured in each of the stories it depicts.”

Panasonic Lumix GX1 Launch in Malaysia 2011

Just few days ago I was invited to one of the most AWESOME event I’ve ever been to. It was an event by Panasonic Malaysia to launch the new Panasonic LUMIX GX1 camera!
