CNY’12 Update 8: Lion Dance!

This should be the last update from this year’s Chinese New Year.

On the 7th day of CNY.. it was all about lion dances!

Had lunch at Bangsar Village.

They were having lion dance performances there…

When we were back at my aun’t condo… there was lion dance too! ONG AH!!!!

CNY’12 Update 7: iTT Chor 6 Pailin!

On the 6th day aka CHOR 6 of Chinese New Year, iTT members visitied one another’s house and went for LouSang dinner at the end of the day!

Had din sum in the morning and then went to Yinli’s house. At noon we were off to Derek’s house.

Then from PJ we travelled to Bukit Jalil and Serdang.

The day ended with a lou sang dinner.. RM130 for 8 person.. wow! Cheap and sedaps!

CNY’12 Update 6: Awesome Dinner At Lau Heong!

On the 5th day aka CHOR 5 of Chinese New Year… relatives from my father’s side came to visit us.

Uncles, aunties, cousins.. hello!

Then at night, we had dinner with relatives from mum’s side. lol

Super yummy food!

Started off with my house..

… then Simon’s house.. then Bryan’s house..

CNY’12 Update 4: I Love HK 2012!

On the 3rd day of CNY, we usually do not go visiting as it is believed that doing so will cause argument.. so we usually go out for movie and makan makan

So we went out with my family and relatives

… and watched I LOVE HK 2012… funny movie.. though the first one (last year) was a lot better.

Then we went for lunch! After that we went to my aunts house to play some .. cards

CNY’12 Update 3: Visiting, Lou Sang, Firecrackers

On the 2nd day, we went visiting relatives.

We hopped from one house to another visiting relatives and.. collecting angpaus… and.. playing some cards lol

Went for dinner and I had my 7th lou sang that night.

After dinner we went to another house and started playing firecrackers.. this one was sparkle sticks thingymajig.. dono what’s it called but it was fun!

CNY’12 Update 2: Fireworks & Doraemon On Day 1

On the first day of Chinese New Year…

FIREWORKS display took place at midnight in Genting

In the morning we went to check out the Doraemon World event in Genting.. bumped into Johnny and his bros. Hullo!

Cousins and I went on some rides at the indoor park. Bumper car.. merry-go-round etc etc.

CNY 2012 Update 1: Reunion In Genting

On the eve of Chinese New Year, we went up to Genting to celebrate and also for reunion dinner.

My 5th lou sang. The restaurant was so packed we waited about 30 minutes to enter eventhough we have booked the table.
