So over the weekend I was in Singapore cos I joined the 2XU 21km run which took place on Sunday morning 530am.

Few months back, I joined the Nike KL Run and here are some photos.
The run took place at Jalan Ampang around 4pm.
We were there an hour ealier but it was already packed.
Bumped into Jacob and his friend there. Hello!
Then it was time to run.
At the finishing area, they had a big stage for concert.

It was fun. 
So it was the annual WE RUN KL 10k event yesterday and we once again ran Kuala Lumpur along with 15,000 people. It was a great experience. Here are some photos from the run.
The starting line was along Jalan Ampang, in front of Zouk. We arrived an hour earlier so we stood there breathing 2nd hand breath from 430 to 530pm. It wasn’t boring at all as JJ and Ean were there cheering all runners and getting everyone hyped up about the run.

As previous runs, I was wearing my PUMA Faas 300.
At 530pm we started running and apparently I managed to complete the run around 67 – 69 mins. Which is my personal best timing.
The finish line was at Padang Merbok and it was filled with mud as it rained before the run. Everyone’s new running shoes became mud-soaked kicks lol
Bumped into a few friends there. Jonathan was one of em.
The thing I enjoyed most after the run was the free ice-cream. Took 2 of em’. (shh!)
A concert kinda thing was held at Padang Merbok to celebrate the completion of the run. Mizz Nina and a few other artistes performed.

Just yesterday morning, thousands of people were running on the NPE highway for the King Of The Road marathon and we were there too, doing 16.8k.
The run started at about 645am.
I managed to slow down, took my phone out and snapped a photo of the runners.
Done after sweating bucketloads. Very awesome medal.
Bumped into many friends at the run.

Few months back, my buddies and I joined the Ekiden Relay run at Putrajaya
We arrived there at about 7am. Kinda late though.

Since it’s a relay rrun, the 5 ppl in each team were brought to the respective stations. I was at station 3.
While waiting for the 2nd runner to come relay to me, I sat there walked there and snapped my shoes there.

Back in April, I joined the Energizer Night Race and we did 21KM. Was an awesome experience and it was a lot better organised than the one we joined last year.
So we arrived at Sepang Circuit kinda early. Hahaha
Most of the runners were already there and they were just chillin waiting to run.

We saw the Energizer Man! So we sorta queued up to take a photo with him lol

NEXT UP: THE MARATHON BEGINS.
Yesterday morning I woke up at 330am and went to Dataran Merdeka at about 430am. The 21KM runners had to start running at 6am.
At 5am, Merdeka Square was already packed and everyone was ready to run!
After running from Dataran to KL sentral to Brickfields to Petaling Street to Cheras to Maluri to Bukit Bintang to KLCC to SOGO and then back to Dataran.. we got ourselves a medal! Hahaha
