Someone actually asked me this before “Hey Jason, how long do you actually face the computer in a day?”
Well, the only time I am not facing the computer is when im sleeping (and when im in the bathroom lol). With all these hours sitting still staring at the screen, we often get neck and shoulder pain. These pains doesn’t come in the moment u sit down and face the computer but it adds up from days and weeks of not flexing the muscles and joints in the body.
One of the solutions I practise is to rub rub my neck and shoulder area with Tiger Balm Neck & Shoulder Rub. When I saw it at the pharmacy recently I was sceptical whether if it works. But then hey, Tiger Balm is a reputable brand, I told myself, and gave it a try. Guess what? The rub actually works! My next and shoulder area felt more ‘loose’ and relaxed as if I just came out from a body massage session.
The Tiger Balm rub is actually not as greasy as many think and doesn’t leave an oily residue after application. This is probably why the term “Massage On The Go” is used. The Tiger Balm rub absorbs into the skin after a few minutes and reliefs aches and tension. It actually feels very soothing and comfortable after the application.
It comes in 2 variants:
- Tiger Balm Neck & Shoulder Rub has a lavender fragrance for lasting relief for mild neck and shoulder aches
- Tiger Balm Neck & Shoulder Boost, for refreshing scent and extra strength and lasting relief for over-stressed, tired and stiff neck and shoulder muscles.
You should really try it. Cos it reallllly works.
