Run pOp Run

Long long time ago, back on 28th June 09, some of us joined the KL Marathon event organised by Standard Chartered.

Since we were still new, we joined the 10km run.

The run started at 7am and why everyone had to gather at Merdeka Square by 630am… DAMN EARLY MUST WAKE UP CAN!

Sine Junn and I stay nearby, we met up at the train station and took the 1st train to KL at 6am.

In the train there were a lot of runners too!

We arrived at Merdeka Square around 620-630am to see such a big crowd there getting ready to run. Woah… jakun a bit.

We took some group shots in the dark (early morning mah) with our phones and kept them before running.

The run took about 1 hr+ and at about 8-9am everyone was back at the starting point.

I totally didnt know @Aprilyim was there at the finish line and snapped some photos of me running. Thanks April for sending me this photo.

We got our medals after running….

Next up! Met other runners. Who? Stay tuned.
